rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy, I ask that you call or text me at least 24 hours before your appointment if you wish to cancel or reschedule. Clients who miss their appointment, or fail to notify us within the 24-hour courtesy window, will be charged for the booked service. Credit card information is required for all reservations.

No-Shows / Last-Minute Cancellations

If you do not show-up for your appointment or frequently cancel with short notice, I reserve the right to cancel any pre-booked appointments and deny future service. To ensure that you receive unparalleled service, please arrive on time.
